Ingredients
- 250 Grams Of Macaroni
- 4 Rashers Of Diced Facon
- 30 Grams Of Butter
- 2 Tbsp Of Flour
- 1.5 Cups Of Milk
- 2 Cups Of Grated Cheddar Cheese
- 60 Grams Of Cream Cheese
- 1 Beaten Egg
- Paprika

- 0.5 Cups Of Panko Bread Crumbs

Steps
- Preheat oven to 210°C.
- Grease a mini muffin tin with oil or cooking spray.
- Cook 250 grams of macaroni according to
package direction in a large pot.
- In a small pot over medium heat, combine 30 grams of
butter and 2 tbsp of flour and
whisk until a smooth mixture forms.
- Slowly add 1.5 cups of milk and increase
temperature to medium-high to bring to a simmer.
- Add 1.5 cups of shredded cheddar cheese,
60 grams of cream cheese, garlic
salt, pepper,
paprika and stir until smooth and a cream like
consistency.
- Combine pasta, cheese sauce, 4 rashers of diced
facon and 1 beaten egg until
everything is evenly coated.
- Spoon mixture into prepared muffin tin, sprinkle remaining
cheddar cheese and 0.5 cups of
panko bread crumbs.
- Bake for 17 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Cool in tray for 15 minutes before removing.

Steps
- Thaw puff pastry sheets.
- Preheat oven to 200°C.
- Line baking tray with baking paper.
- Cut each puff pastry sheet into 6 even
rectangles.
- Place on chocolate from the box of
favourites into the center of each rectangle and then wrap
them up.
- Place each wrapped chocolate onto the baking tray and brush with the
1 beaten egg.
- Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown or crispy.
- Let cool for 3-4 minutes then eat.

- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- In a large bowl, mash 2 bananas.
- In a small pot, melt 75 grams of butter
until slightly browned.

stir.
- Add 1 beaten egg and sir.

Eggless Choc Chip Cookies

Steps
- Preheat oven to 175°C.
- In a small pot, melt the butter then remove from heat.
- In a large bowl, combine 0.25 cups of brown sugar
and 0.25 cups of caster sugar with melted
butter.
- Stir in 1 tsp of vanilla extract and 2 tbsp
of milk until combined.
- Sift 1 cup and 2 tbsp of all-purpose flour,
0.5 tsp of baking soda, and 0.25 tsp of
salt into the bowl.
- Fold gently to make a dough.
- Fold 0.5 cups of chocolate chips into the
dough.
- Make 12-14 roughly equal sized dough balls.
- Place dough balls onto a baking tray.
- Bake for 11 minutes, or until edges are browned but the cookies are
still soft centered.
- Remove cookies from oven, if they are puffy, press gently on them
with a back of a spoon to help them flatten.
- Place 0.25 cups of extra chocolate chips evenly
among the cookies while they are still warm.
- Let cool and enjoy!

- Preheat oven to 220°C.
- Peel, seed, and dice 1 medium sized butternut squash
pumpkin.
- In a large bowl, toss the diced pumpkin,

- Line a baking tray with baking paper and spread tossed
pumpkin in one layer.
- Bake for 15 minutes until a fork can be easily poked in, then put
aside.
- In a large pot over medium-high heat, melt 60 grams of
butter.
- Add 4 cloves of minced garlic and
1 large diced onion and cook for approximately
5 minutes.
- Add 1.25 cups of basmati rice and stir to
coat all pieces.
- Add 2 cups of vegetable stock.
- Increase temperature to high and bring to a boil.
- Decrease temperature to low and cover pot with a lid.
- Cook covered for 18 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let sit for 5 minutes.
- Fluff rice and stir in pumpkin, then serve.

Base
- Smash biscuits into a fine crumb.
- Melt 75 grams of butter.
- Mix the crumbs and butter together in a medium bowl.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a spring form pan lined with
baking paper.
- Put the pan into the freezer.
Filling
- Chop and blend 200 grams of straberries
into a smooth puree using a food processor, then put aside.
- In a large bowl, beat together 400 gram can of sweetened
condensed milk and 200 grams of cream
cheese.
- Add 200ml of whipped cream and beat until
it is a slightly thick, fluffy mixture.
- Remove pan with base from freezer and pour mixture into pan.
- Pour the strawberry puree carelessly over the mixture.
- Put the cheesecake in the freezer for about 4 hours.
- Remove the cheesecake from the freezer 20-30 minutes before serving
and garnish with fresh strawberries.
